Justin Nancarrow (Director)

Justin, the founder and managing director of Tax Slayer, is not only a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years experience he is also an entrepreneur who understands the challenges of a small business and what it takes to create true financial security.

Justin has a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University and is a registered Tax Agent.

He enjoys indoor soccer, snow skiing, camping - pretty much anything outdoors. Being a Taurus he loves his food, especially curry and lemon meringue pie ... but not together.

Justin is a Collingwood supporter and a Melbourne City member (premiers 2021!).

Justin and his wife Solange have a daughter.

Ryan (Senior Accountant)

Ryan joined Tax Slayer in July 2011.

Ryan is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting).

Ryan is very approachable and easy to talk to. His skills include tax minimisation strategies and taking complex accounting issues and explaining them in plain English. He also specialises in Xero accounting software.

He is a walking calculator! He loves watching sport and playing indoor soccer. Ryan is fussy with food and loves to correct people that mess up phrases - especially his boss.

Ryan is a Hawks supporter and Melbourne Victory supporter.

Ryan is married to Mel and has 2 children.

Simone (Accountant)

Simone joined Tax Slayer in March 2023.

Simone is our newest Accountant and joins us with extensive payroll experience.

Simone's strength is being meticulous in her work, and will be a part time member of our team. 

She enjoys watching basketball and spends a lot of time doing it as her daughter plays for 2 teams!
